To Existing Cardholders and New Card Purchasers:
We just started shipping out over 5,000 replacement and new "IGX Chex" cards to our members. This project will take us about 4 weeks to complete for all so please be patient waiting for your new card.
Do not e-mail us unless you have to and only e-mail us once on an issue - we do get them. We have to research and respond to each e-mail sent to us and it takes time away from helping others who need it and from getting these cards out quickly if we are responding to multiple e-mails from you.
If you are waiting on a card, please make sure you have sent in your identification documents as described on our website at www.globalxchange.biz/cards.htm.
